Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to the United States and Internationally.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Sharkadoodle offers FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS to the major 48 US states with USPS First-Class Mail (3 - 5 business days). Flat shipping rates are $5 for Hawaii and Alaska and $9.99 for international.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: In general, for domestic orders it takes about 1.5 - 2.5 weeks from design to receive a product in non-holiday seasons. For international shipping, it takes about 3 - 4 weeks depending on the destination countries' customs process.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You will receive a confirmation email with a shipping tracking number when your order is shipped. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We CANNOT accept any returns since our products are custom designed and made. However, for any product defects and damage, please contact us with a photo within 3 days of receiving. We will send you a replacement.
Q: Can I change my picture once I uploaded it and placed my order?
A: Our design is 100% based on the photo you upload. Once we start a design, changing the photo during the design requires an additional $15 design fee. An ideal photo is high resolution where the dog is facing the camera directly.
