We're very excited to meet and design your pup!
Please note that when purchasing a custom design, it is bundled with a product of your choice to complete the order. We do not offer standalone sales of custom designs, as we retain the copyright ownership of our creations. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us before making your purchase.
The custom design is a one-time fee. Once you've created your custom design, we'll save it in your file. This means you won't have to create a new design for future orders! Simply choose the 'Use Existing Design' option when selecting a product, and you can effortlessly place your order while also enjoying cost savings. We appreciate your support and we can't wait to get your pup's design started.
Design & Shipping
Step 1 - select your: # of pups, design, fun accessory & personalized text
Step 2 - upload photo of your dog (**)
Step 3 - pick a product (the same design will apply to all products if you select multiple items)
Sit back and relax. You will receive a design draft for your approval in 2 - 3 business days in email
**Our design is based on the photo you upload. Once we start a design, changing the photo requires an additional fee. An ideal photo is high resolution where the dog is facing the camera directly. Please review our FAQ for more information.
